ENHANCES AWARENESS PROGRAM (EAP)

The Enhances Awareness Program  (EAP) is a unique western approach to mindfulness where enhanced awareness brings a shift in mindset. EAP is an individualised process offering a step by step formula, providing a framework for enhancing awareness and learning how to be mindful. It is a profound way to create change without pressure or force. Tapping into the latest scientific understanding of neural research on the brain's adaptability to change. Along the way, you discover how your self-limiting beliefs are wrapped in one story which is mostly based on the past. As you become aware of the impact of the story and how to create alternatives that are more self-loving, you are free to create a new narrative; one that is in alignment with your authentic truth.

 

By becoming free from your stress, fears and judgments, you are able to live with more happiness, health and clarity.  This program is designed for anyone who is desiring to improve the quality of their health, work/life balance, relationships, or explore the next chapter in life. 

 

 

 

 

 

A MINDFUL LIFE

Practical modules to develop and strengthen your skill set to grow and evolve your practice of awareness and mindfulness so as to live a mindful life with ease. 

 

MINDFULLY ME - THERAPEUTIC JOURNALING TOOLS

This simple practice is one I often recommend to people, and yet knowing how and where to start can be daunting. Mindfully Me Journals and Self Reflection cards offer a guided process of self-reflective journaling.

Journaling has been well proven with research and scientific as having a myriad of benefits to overall wellbeing and is something everyone can learn how to integrate into their life as a tool for self-care and wellness.

DISCOVERY SESSION

This is a free introductory session enabling you the opportunity to take a pause and reflect on what is holding you back or limiting your life. If you were to create a timeline from now and how you would like your life to look 6 months or 1 year from now, what would you most desire for yourself and for your life?

Getting clear around this also give us the opportunity of meeting up and seeing whether the work I offer aligns as the mentoring relationship is crucial that you feel safe and comfortable.

ABOUT ANNEKE

 

 

I have come to believe that well-being is a skill we each need to learn, today more than ever before. Holistic wellness is an area health I have been interested in for 20+years both as a natural health practitioner and personally as I navigate the ebbs and flow of life allowing me a rich understanding of what it means to be well holistically. Balance isn’t a perfect state, yet awareness, mindfulness and compassion have been the foundations to living a mindful life. I am committed and passionate to working with others who have a desire within to make the most of this life and live it to the best potential of wellness, joy, love, inner peace, meaning & purpose. I am grateful to have loving family with my husband and two wonderful daughters.

I was feeling low, tired, anxious & stressed. My health wasn’t the best feeling overweight, low in energy with high blood pressure.  After working with Anneke my health has improved, my blood pressure is under control and I have lost weight. I feel a lot happier, less anxious and a lot more energy.
