You’re not in crisis. Things are… okay. Work’s fine. Life’s ticking along. There’s nothing glaringly wrong - and yet, something feels off.

It’s subtle. Hard to explain. Like you’ve drifted a few degrees away from yourself. You’ve got routines, responsibilities, maybe even achievements - but they’re not quite landing the way they used to.

We will all experience this in life, I certainly have.

Not bad, but not quite right.

It’s not dramatic, so it’s easy to ignore. But if you’ve been feeling out of sync for a while, that sense of misalignment can start to wear you down.

  • Why do I feel flat when everything seems fine?
  • Am I missing something?
  • Do I need a big change - or just a clearer sense of direction?

Often, what’s really going on is a quiet kind of mismatch - between your outer life and your inner values. Maybe the things that once mattered don’t feel as meaningful now. Maybe you’ve grown, but your life hasn’t caught up yet. You’re doing all the “right” things, but something doesn’t feel right.

This is where I come in.

As a Positive Psychology and Wellness Coach, I’ve walked alongside many women in this quiet in-between space - the one between “not bad” and “not quite right.”
